At Team ProMark, we take respect for human rights and compliance with labor Laws very seriously. We select business partners that share our commitment to ethical practices and agree to our standards of business conduct. Our comprehensive Labor Practices program includes working with suppliers towards compliance with our labor standards and conducting periodic factory audits to confirm compliance with our standards. With the goal of being a leader in the area of labor standards, Team ProMark has become a Category (C) Licensee in the Fair Labor Association (FLA) and has adopted the FLA Workplace Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct below is signed by all our suppliers and we periodically audit the factories to ensure that they are complying with these standards.
